CHOPCO

This is the Manor House we stayed in in southwestern France. It is located in St Laurent des Hommes, a village of about 100 people. It is about 90 kilometers east of Bordeaux in the heart of wine country. The house is over 400 years old, but wonderfully restored. We cooked and ate many of our dinners using the hearth outside. The owners were great people and made us feel right at home. Gil spoke 10 words of English, and Mike spoke about 10 words of French, but they were best of friends!
